Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a SEO Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and local search marketing to drive high-quality leads and increase brand visibility. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing search marketing efforts with a partner-focused approach, leveraging technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies, paid search campaigns, social media strategies, and local search marketing initiatives. This role has the overall initiative to attract high-quality leads, improve search visibility, and ultimately generate additional revenue by converting organic traffic into sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving measurable growth through search channels and possess an analytical mindset while excelling in communication skills with partners to drive strategy and growth initiatives. This position is based in our Austin, TX office reporting to the SEO Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, content optimization, and backlink strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Eagle Eye Networks’ website performance, crawlability, and site architecture to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure Eagle Eye Networks’ digital presence remains competitive.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO technology partner strategy aimed at maximizing revenue growth with reseller partners.
  • Establish a cohesive approach between organic social media and SEO efforts to maximize visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Eagle Eye Networks.
Technical SEO:
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and other technical SEO elements.
  • Analyze and improve site speed, mobile performance, and accessibility to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
  • Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz) to monitor site health, keyword performance, and crawl errors, taking corrective action as needed.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad testing to maximize performance.
  • Monitor ad budget and optimize bids, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to achieve campaign goals.
Local Search Marketing:
  • Manage local SEO for Eagle Eye Networks and its partners, including optimizing Google Business Profiles and coordinating with partners to ensure consistent local listings.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance local search rankings, embed lead generation forms, and quantify leads driven by specific regional and market-focused efforts.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SEO and SEM strategies, including organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.
  • Produce regular performance reports, analyze data to uncover trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in technical SEO and optimizing local search performance.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Success Metrics
SEO Performance:
  • Increase organic traffic within the first 6-12 months.
  • Improved keyword rankings for key terms in search results.
  • Demonstrate technical SEO health score improvements.
SEM & Paid Campaign Performance:
  • Lead volume generated from SEM campaigns, achieving monthly targets.
  • Set and achieve desired conversion rates on paid search campaigns.
  • Maintain CPA within target thresholds while increasing lead quality.
Local Search Marketing Success:
  • Improvement in local search visibility for partners, measured by local pack presence.
  • Growth in local leads from Google Business Profiles and other local search channels.
