Looking for the perfect job as a next step in your career in a commercial role? Eagle Eye Networks is a high-energy global company with its European HQ in Amsterdam. We are looking to expand our Sales Team by adding an Inside Sales Representative for the Benelux region. As our Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for our channel partners and supporting our Regional Sales Managers in Europe, operating from the Amsterdam office. You execute sales and follow up Leads, alone or together with the Regional Sales Managers. While executing sales you are building long-lasting customer relationships with the end-users in Eagle Eye Networks’ key verticals. With your natural sales talent you help Eagle Eye Networks grow partnerships with existing or new resellers. On a daily basis you are looking for new partners and customers, in contact with Eagle Eye channel partners in your region, perform product demonstrations of the Eagle Eye VMS software, or give Sales Training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with existing or new Eagle Eye resellers to assist in the transition of leads
  • Performs demonstrations of Eagle Eye VMS software for end customers or potential resellers based off appointments set up by Market Development team, inbound leads or cold calling efforts
  • Answers inbound calls from end customers and resellers with inquiries about selling Eagle Eye VMS
  • Maintains a clean pipeline in CRM with leads, accounts, and deals created from end customer lead generation efforts
  • Works with the Sales Team members to help assist new Eagle Eye resellers in selling efforts
  • As necessary, assist in the delivery of Sales Training and other reseller onboarding tasks
  • Preparing quotations
  • Profiling and prospecting leads and reporting
  • Explaining the onboarding process to new channel partners
  • Webinar product demonstrations for channel partners or end users
  • Use initial phone calls to learn about prospect’s business and pain points

Experience

  • Full command of Dutch and English. Any other EU language is a plus
  • ~1+ years in customer facing roles, sales / training.
  • Expert verbal and written communications skills - detail oriented
  • Ability to train and explain technical concepts
  • Computer literacy including basics such as Microsoft applications, Google apps, Salesforce.com, Zoho, or other CRM
  • Ability to use CRM data to track and report back to executive team on key success metrics
