Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Executive (TAE) to join our team. As a TAE, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our cloud-based video surveillance solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, driving customer success, revenue growth, and long-term customer retention.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals.
  •  Proactively engage with customers to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with customers to review performance, discuss product updates, and identify additional business opportunities.

2. Technical Expertise and Support:

  • Fill the gap between technical support and recurring reseller technical problems.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Eagle Eye Networks’ products and services, acting as a subject matter expert for customers.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and best practice recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal utilization of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical support teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

3. Solution Implementation and Onboarding:

  • Work closely with the Implementation and Onboarding teams to ensure customers understand their requirements and develop customized implementation plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our Solutions.

4. Customer Success and Retention:

  • Work with Customer Success Account Managers to proactively monitor customer usage patterns, identifying potential areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Success Account Managers to develop and execute customer success plans, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and receive maximum value from our solutions.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between customers, internal technical teams, and other stakeholders. 
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to internal teams, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Executive or similar customer-facing role in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of cloud-based solutions, networking, and video surveillance technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
