Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory analyst to join our corporate finance team with the ability to thrive in our fast paced, growing organization. 

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control activities to include identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate processing of daily transactions within Inventory management system for inventory builds, transfers/eliminations, shipments and any other adjustments to inventory required.
• Partner with Finance to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained based on production planning.
• Serves as primary contact for Manufacturing team assistance; SOS processing/setup, reporting, best practices and policy
• Partner with inventory accountant to complete month end cost accounting close and perform reconciliation of inventory balances. 
• Coordinate with the Product team to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with scoping, coordination and monitoring of inventory physicals; finished goods, work in process, raw materials, parts and supplies
• Conduct analysis, including researching and explaining fluctuations in inventory balances.
• Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures that result in process improvements and efficiencies
• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure inventory policies and procedures are consistently being followed
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis

Experience

• High school degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SOS Inventory system a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, analytical, detail oriented.
• Self-motivated yet able to take direction well.
