Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-centric professional to drive success for our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Retention and Renewals
- Monitor customer health, product usage and overall satisfaction to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct Business Reviews and have strategic conversations to drive expansion opportunities.
- Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewals.
- Drive long-term customer loyalty by proactively identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen relationships
Expansion and Education
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value, leading to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Become an expert on Eagle Eye Networks products and services. Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
Product feedback and Enhancements
- Advocate for customer needs, ensuring their insights shape our product roadmap and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and or 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in Dutch and English, capable of building relationships at all levels.
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about cloud-based solutions and SaaS products.
- Well- organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
