Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Senior UX/UI Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will focus on elevating the user experience and interface of all our Eagle Eye Networks cloud video surveillance and AI products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the high standards our customers expect. The ideal candidate will be a UX / UI leader with a proven track record in UX/UI design, capable of steering a talented team of designers towards excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Develop and implement innovative UX/UI strategies that align with the company's vision and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and user-centric design approach
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, UX / UI Design Guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products
• Drive the design process from concept to completion, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design, and incorporate these into design practices and processes

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales clearly
• Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
