Overview:

Responsible for managing a team to deliver world-class technical support by developing and implementing training, mentoring and coaching agents to meet targets, and reviewing both individual and team performance.

Experience Level: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on the frontend using ReactJS and VueJS

Build robust and efficient APIs using NodeJS to support frontend functionalities.

Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and browsers.

Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using MongoDB as the database.

Utilize AWS CloudFormation and Lambda functions to deploy and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize application deployment processes.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure effective communication between the development team and clients

Provide support by addressing and resolving tickets in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on frontend development (ReactJS, VueJS).

Solid understanding of backend technologies, especially NodeJS and MongoDB.

Proficient in AWS CloudFormation and Lambda for serverless application development.

Strong knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Knowledge on building electron applications is a plus
