Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our pre- and post-sales engineering teams in Thailand. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our sales teams by delivering technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, offering customer training, and assisting with system design. You will work closely with sales partners and clients to ensure seamless implementation of our cloud-based video management solutions, all while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to guide sales partners, key clients, and internal teams in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.
  • Offer pre-sales technical support, including system design and troubleshooting, to drive sales opportunities.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for resellers, dealers, end-users, and internal teams to ensure they are well-equipped to use our solutions.
  • Handle RFIs, RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and other customer inquiries with a high level of technical accuracy.
  • Ensure timely responses to all technical support queries from potential customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape in the Thai market, establishing yourself as a thought leader in the field.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English and Thai (central dialect) is a must.
  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales technical support or engineering, ideally in Video Surveillance or SaaS industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security and networking, including an understanding of key protocols, security methodologies, network topologies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple and accessible manner.
  • A highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, responding to the demands of the Thailand market.
